SPECIAL NOTE

SYMPTOMS

"If you think that the symptoms you are concerned with are related to possible or confirmed exposure of contaminated air, it is important that you inform your physician, doctor and or emergency units where you would be directed.

If you have experienced any form of contaminated air however mild it may have seemed, unusual smells, fumes, haze or smoke in the cabin, explain to medical staff that air contaminants potentially include organophosphates, carbon monoxides and hydrocarbons and possibly a reduced cabin pressure environment of up to 8000 feet.

For your records, please note all flight references, contacts etc.

If medical / clinical evaluation suggest or confirm exposure to chemical contaminants in aircraft, please contact us and we will try to provide you with further advice or assistance as appropriate."
