BAe 146 FLIGHT CREW SURVEY

The questionnaire was developed so as to collect more information about the health status of flight crew on the BAe 146. The survey participants remain anonymous so as to gain a more frank response. The sample was small as we understand in one Company the document was removed from flight crew boxes. The figures are rounded to the nearest full 1%.
